The On Cloudflow is the shoe that broke the Ironman world record, and while it is big on cushioning, it is very low on weight. It lets you achieve your goals in responsive comfort.

The cushioning in the On Cloudflow uses a series of pods or clouds that collapse under the impact section of your stride, but then become a solid base to push off from in the later stage. This provides a soft cushioned feel (like running on clouds) in the early stage, that transforms for explosive take offs later. Each of the 18 clouds are enhanced by an explosive Speedboard and lightweight Zero-Gravity foam. Targeted abrasion resistant pads on the outsole keep the weight down, while providing durability where needed. A woven engineered mesh provides high breathability, but also flex and support. An inner sock construction wraps the foot, while a no-sew reinforcement in the forefoot helps with a strong push off. An antimicrobial treatment ensures freshness run after run.
