The redesign sees the VG3 go strapless, instead using Nike's latest engineered knit on the backhand to create a comfortable, adaptable fit that stays secure throughout play.

In addition to its soft feel, the flat knit material is extremely breathable, keeping your hands fresh and helping to prevent overheating inside the glove. Even the Swoosh is knitted in for a smooth, distraction-free finish. At the knuckles, grippy plastic yarns are integrated into the knit to give you extra purchase on punches.

On the palm, the tried-and-tested combination of 4mm Contact Plus foam and 3mm cushioning returns, now extending all the way down the wrist for superior control over catches and throws. Wraps at the thumb, forefinger, and pinky provide the VG3's trademark triple-up on grip coverage.

Cut-wise, it's an evolution of the negative hybrid you know and love from previous generations, with reverse stitching providing the tighter sensation that most pros prefer.
