Designed to improve stability while creating a softer and smoother ride the ASICS Women’s Kayano 28 in Mako Blue/Barely Rose features a rebuilt external heel counter to improve comfort, while maintaining support. FF Blast cushioning in the midsole improves comfort, stability, and responsiveness.

The ASICS Women's Kayano 28 is a long-distance structured shoe that offers support for over pronators to race, train, and run for mile after mile.

The new midsole uses FF Blast that has been tuned with stability in mind, providing improved comfort and stability. It is also a more responsive form of cushioning giving extra bounce and energy return.

ASICS have used a gender specific 3D Space Construction unit under the heel and forefoot which allows you to deform the midsole further, experiencing more of the cushioning. This innovation not only improves the cushioning but reduces weight and improves stability.

An updated external heel counter improves your comfort while maintaining stability. Also, in the heel a new shape Gel unit, and improved bevel shape lowers the deceleration for a smoother, easier transition.

The engineered mesh upper gives a supportive foothold with a softer feel across the top of the shoe. Dynamic Duomax support sits on the inside of the midsole to stop your foot from rolling in too much.
