With more boost in the midsole than before, the adidas Supernova 2 has a precisely balanced mix of Bounce and Boost foams for improved underfoot comfort. The upper is also improved, with a new padded tongue and heel patch construction for comfort with every step, and at least 50% Parley Ocean, recycled plastic.

With a lower carbon footprint of 12% compared to the 2020 Supernova, adidas are working hard to keep things green. By calculating and communicating the carbon footprint from raw material extraction, processing, packing all the way to the end of the products life, they can work to improve and be held accountable, as they adhere to internationally recognised standard ISO 14067.
